Standard Expansion Joint Profiles

The Profile of the supporting metalwork and flange configuration is important and the profile selection is influenced by the prevailing conditions i.e. whether the joint is working under positive or negative pressures

Perpendicular flange arrangement often used for negative pressures

Profile A Style 1

With higher gas velocities it may be necessary to include flow plates to reduce turbulence and protect the fabric joint

Profile A Style 2

We offer a standard range of profiles, as illustrated, and have have the capability to produce custom built designs if required including special grades of stainless

Profile A Style 3

Our experienced design team are on hand to help you establish the best solution to your expansion joint problems

Profile B

As operating conditions are critical in the design of expansion joints, we require the information set out below. please use the questionnaire form to enable us to reply

Profile C
