Carding and Spinning of Technical fibres
We process spun staple fibre yarns on both the traditional cotton and woolen systems. We have adapted cotton machinery to produce fine counts from 20 tex to 130 tex in Aramid used in knitting and weaving for the protective clothing market. Ceramic and high temperature glass staple yarns up to 2000 tex are produced on the woolen system.
Doubling and Texturising of Technical Fibre Continuous Filament Yarns
We also process continuous filament yarns on modern purpose built machinery for the braiding and weaving markets.
